4,694 meters (15,400 ft.), Rush is one of the highest alpine lakes in the world. It is located about 15 km (9 mi) north of Miar Peak and Spantik (Golden Peak), which are in the Nagar Valley. It is the highest lake in Pakistan and 27th highest lake in the world.
Rush Phary trek is breathtaking turquoise lake from where you having an ample opportunity to glimpse Panoramic views in all the most spectacular peak in the region including K2, Broad Peak, Baintha Brak and Gasherbrum IV, is located an altitude of 4,694 meters. Rush Phary is a combination of two words in local Brushashki language, Rush means Sparkling and Phary means lake so that is the reason this trek is called Rush Phary trek.
